No. Listing URLs are saved as deal context only. You enter purchase price and expected rent. We never invent property data from a link.

Free includes 3 analyses per month with RentalDeal Score, a basic recommendation, cash flow, cash-on-cash, cap rate, and core expense/mortgage metrics. Your first analysis requires no signup.
What's included in Pro?
Pro is $19/mo and includes unlimited analyses, full stress tests, target purchase price, break-even analysis, advanced risk flags, save/compare (rolling out), and Deal Scout — 5 screened weekly opportunities in selected markets.
What is Deal Scout?
Deal Scout is a Pro benefit: a weekly brief of screened rental deals with yield, rent confidence, cash-flow range, red flags, and a REVIEW / WATCH / PASS verdict. Coverage is available in selected markets.
Are the numbers guaranteed?
No. Every metric is calculated from the price, rent, and assumptions you provide. Verify taxes, insurance, rent comps, financing, and property condition before making an offer.
Can I cancel anytime?
